Mary Eddy’s Kitchen x Lounge & Territory OKC are collaborating to bring you a truly exceptional charcuterie and craft cocktail workshop as a part of Territory’s new events series where they celebrate local makers, merchants, artists, dining and drink.
To kick off the evening Michael O’Hara, Assistant Food & Beverage Director at Mary Eddy’s and one of the pioneers of the craft cocktail revivial in OKC, will instruct how to make The Butcher’s Apprentice, a bourbon-based cocktail crafted especially for the event. O’Hara will also share some basic skills for excellence in mixology.
Then once your whistles are wet, executive chef Jason Campbell and the team at Mary Eddy’s will teach about the flavor principles of composing a charcuterie board, as well as offer hands-on tutoring while the class gets to make a board of their own. The class will work with premier housemade cuts and accoutrememts, such as coppa, duck leg terrine, chorizo and much more!
The night will also consist of giveaways including:
