Repeal Day, December 5th, is one of our favorite holidays. If you missed our celebration, don’t worry—we’re raising a glass to the end of Prohibition all month long! The Last Word is a classic Prohibition-era cocktail that’s equal parts gin, chartreuse, maraschino liqueur, and fresh lime. Make one at home, or order one at the bar at Mary Eddy’s through the end of December.
The Last Word
3/4oz Green Chartreuse
3/4oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
3/4oz Fresh squeezed lime juice
Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled Coupe or Martini glass.
